My ID verification has failed, why?

Usually when your ID verification has failed its because

The document image is blurry – it needs to be a clear image for it to be readable. If your image is a little blurry or out of focus, please take another image.

The image has glare from a light source – Please re-take a photo in an area with balanced light and try again

The image is too dark - Please re-take a photo in an area with balanced light but do not use a camera flash and try uploading it again

The image is cropped – Your document needs to show all four corners without being cropped

Your image is too small – You can use the image adjuster before uploading your ID. You should zoom into the photo page as much as you can whilst still showing all four corners your document

You document is out of date – Only valid (in date) ID documents can be accepted

Your proof of Address doesn’t match your current address – Your proof of address document needs to match the address you entered into the system for it to be accepted
